We currently have several packages that are very delayed and are still in Germany to be loaded onto the plane to the USA.
The UPS indicates that there are capacity problems with the aircraft and that the packages are scanned every day until they are loaded.
Due to the bad weather in some states of the USA, many packages have been left behind.
Catching up on this backlog will take some time because there are no more aircraft to catch up quickly.
Unfortunately, we cannot speed up this process.
We therefore now ship with Postnl, which transfers the packages to the USPS in the USA.
These also have a slightly longer delivery time for some states due to… the weather conditions.
We are keeping an eye on the packages, for some states there is no delay but that also depends on the weather conditions.
Unfortunately, some factors are out of our control and we have to wait a while, but eventually the packages will be delivered.
